2. Orders & Payments

2.1 By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2.2 All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
2.3 We accept payments through credit card, bank transfer, POLi, or Instalment's. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
2.4 Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days.
3.2 Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
3.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
3.4 International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
4.2 Refunds will be processed within 1-3 days after receiving the returned item.
4.3 Certain items, such as software, opened electronics, or customized products, may not be eligible for return.
4.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Warranty & Liability
