Shipping, Returns and Warranty

1. Shipping & Delivery

3.2 Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
3.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
3.4 International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.


2. Returns & Refunds

4.1 We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
4.2 Refunds will be processed within 1-3 days after receiving the returned item.
4.3 Certain items, such as software, opened electronics, or customized products, may not be eligible for return.
4.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.


3. Warranty & Liability

5.1 All products come with a 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
5.3 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
